The 2020 Grassroots Enduro Series is shaping up to be huge with rider interest very high. Touted as the fastest-growing off-road series in the country, the Grassroots Enduro Australia Series is attracting riders from a wide range of ability and age groups.
In a proactive approach to fostering young talent, Grassroots Enduro Australia has announced their three-rider Team under their Next Level program. The riders will be mentored by Australian off-road racing royalty, Ben Grabham from Grabbo’s Trail & Track and hard enduro specialist and rider coach Tim Coleman.
The rider announcement was made over the weekend with Sam Rogers and Hudson Atkins set to ride a pair of Sherco 300 SE Factory models, and Jake Ryan racing a Sherco 125 SE-R. Ryan is the youngest of the three at 15 years, while Rogers is 21 and Atkins 23.
“The Next Level mentoring program by Grassroots Enduro Australia is a great concept,” said Sherco Australia’s Stephen Tuff. “This program gives the selected riders a huge opportunity to learn from the best. We’re incredibly proud and super pleased that Sherco is the bike chosen for this and we’re certain Hudson, Sam and Jake will enjoy their bikes and the positive aspects that riding a Sherco can bring.”
The 2020 Grassroots Enduro Australia series begins in Tenterfield, NSW on March 14. Head to www.grassrootsenduro.com.au for details.
