Sherco Australia is proud to introduce the 2020 Sherco enduro model range. The MY20 models have received a number of upgrades that increase the high level of performance, efficiency and specification.
All MY20 Sherco enduro models sport a new-look graphic design providing a more aggressive appearance while all engines have new manganese clutch covers, ignition covers and cylinder heads or in the case of the four-stroke models cylinder head covers, for a unique and striking appearance.
All models come with a new shock linkage system to improve sealing, reduce friction and provide better handling while the engines the in comprehensive two-stroke and four-stroke range have received upgrades based around boosting performance and saving weight.
“The 2020 enduro models are all about detailed refinement,” said Sherco Australia’s Stephen Tuff. “The engineers at Sherco concentrated their efforts on specific details to deliver bikes that are lighter and performing at a higher level. There’s plenty of interest surrounding Sherco two-stroke models remaining carburettor fed and we don’t shy away from the subject. Simply put, the Sherco two-stroke models are high performers with strong and reliable engines. Sherco is proud to offer what we consider the best two-stroke enduro models on the market. And we encourage direct comparisons. Sherco offers unrivalled two-stroke performance and remains appropriately priced.”
The Sherco enduro Racing models continue to lead the way with top-end features such as 48mm WP Xplor forks with adjustable pre-load settings as a standard feature. The functional dual-map power switch and the largest fuel capacity across all models in all categories remain standard Sherco features.
“Sherco Racing models offer incredible levels of high-functionality,” Tuff explained. “Our Racing models have unmatched features across the range. Racing models appeal to the weekend trail rider because they’re priced accordingly but what sets them apart is the high-end features that also makes them appealing to riders who race off-road.”
Sherco’s Factory enduro model line-up continues to offer the highest specification models that are truly ready for racing. The KYB closed cartridge fork and KYB shock combined with performance exhaust systems and Factory mapping present premium enduro racing packages capable of dominating the roughest and toughest riding imaginable. New features on the MY20 Factory models include new silencers on the two-stroke models, new Factory graphics, blue frame guards, blue handguards and a new AFAM steel rear sprocket.
“The Factory models really are quite special,” Tuff continued. “Factory models are at the top of the tree when it comes to premium quality race bikes. The suspension, exhaust and mapping are aimed at the top echelon of each capacity, whether it be two-stroke or four-stroke. But the Factory details really make them something special. The striking blue gripper seat, the new blue frame guards, blue anodised wheels, temperature-controlled radiator fan, solid Galfer racing brake rotors, light-weight and powerful lithium batteries, Factory graphics, bar pad and bash plate all add up to a bike that’s ready for serious riding or racing at any level, straight from the showroom floor. Our pricing structure presents the Sherco Factory models as the best value and best equipped premium off-road motorcycle on the market.”
