Sherco to launch the new CityCorp 125

As a part of our ongoing expansion policy, which started in 2002, with the opening of the Sherco factory in Nimes, Sherco is proud to announce the launch of the new CityCorp 125 4T SM model. This model was recently introduced at the Intermot exhibition in Munich. The CityCorp represents the first endeavor by Sherco in the urban motorcycle market. It is also the first Sherco motorcycle to be equipped with a four-stroke cycle engine.

The new CityCorp, utilizes chassis components developed for the Enduro and Supermotard 50 models. The utilization of these components guarantees the new owner that this new model is truly designed as a proven, multi-purpose unit.

The new CityCorp is equipped with a 125 4T Yamaha-designed engine, it incorporates a six-speed transmission. This engine transmission design provides a high measure of reliability and economy in both use and maintenance.

The origin of the chassis components ensures a high level of performance from the new CityCorp. Its dual use is obvious from it's appearance. The bike should satisfy the needs of the rider who longs for a comfortable, economical, reliable, light, versatile vehicle for daily use in urban traffic, and does not wish to give up the possibility of having fun with it during the weekends by using it as a sports vehicle. A soon to be released trail version of this bike will enhance this dual use for both the off-road bike lovers and for the users who need a vehicle that enables them to cope easily with a rural environment.

The components of the new CityCorp provide the perfect answer to the above mentioned requirements. The electric start, the smoothness of the engine and lack of constant maintenance on the 4T engine will be ideal weapons to get by in the urban jungle. The rigidity of the chassis and the high quality of its suspension and front and rear hydraulic disc brakes will ensure that you are always in the front line at the last traffic light marking the end of the city.

Aesthetically, the CityCorp is a perfect blend of elegance and sports, reflecting in the best possible way the spirit with which it has been designed.

Other outstanding features of this model include its quality and price, further reasons for considering the new Sherco CityCorp as the best option for those who are still thinking about what their first motorcycle should be. The Sherco CityCorp is expected to be distributed by the Sherco worldwide dealer network in the spring of 2003.
